Job Summary:
The Café Manager will oversee the day-to-day food service cafe operation for a premier client investment firm account in NYC, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and operational excellence are consistently maintained. They will lead and support the café team, supervise associates, and help drive a polished guest experience aligned with the client’s premier brand standards. This role will also support key financial and operational responsibilities, including cost control, productivity, and overall business performance.
