You'll work from home, meet virtually with families who have already asked for help, and guide them through protection options that fit their needs and budget. Our focus is mortgage protection and life insurance, and we train you on all of it.

CGH Group is led by Michael and Tanya Hughes. Tanya came into this business as a stay-at-home mom of six with no sales background.

Today she is one of the top salespeople in Equis, and she trains new agents personally. If she could build this around a full house, you can build it around your life too.

What you'll do

• Contact clients who have requested information about coverage.
• Hold virtual appointments by phone or video.
• Recommend plans that fit each client's needs.
• Follow our training and systems while building your own book of business.
